Mohamed Hassanali is a graduate of Kutztown University with a BS in Business Administration and Economics. He came to the United States as a refugee from Uganda and has had the determination, hard work, drive and the can do attitude to succeed (“Impossible is Nothing”). Mohamed worked 3 jobs while in college to help self finance his education. He is proud to be the first college graduate in his family! His motto is the “harder I work, the luckier I get”. Mohamed’s work philosophy propelled him to be one of the youngest Directors at ITT Technical Institute in California. Today he is the Managing Director at Q-Lytics Consulting Inc. Mohamed has always believed in giving back to the community and making a difference in peoples lives! Kausarali Hassanali is the Executive Director at Q-lytics Consulting Inc., a company he helped to create over 10 years ago. He achieved this through his unparallel determination and strong will to succeed whilst keeping his Islamic beliefs and values in tact. Sponsored to come to this country as a teenage refugee from Uganda, he overcame much adversity and excelled in less than favorable conditions with his mother and seven siblings. He is a loving husband and father of four beautiful children. As he often states, family accounts for the most important thing in his life, family is the driving force behind his most brilliant accomplishments. He is forever grateful to those who have helped him succeed, and now strives to help others so that they may also achieve success. His most important advice on life in every situation is to be kind, to be kind, to be kind, as this reflects his own daily actions.
